Disruptive Growth

How will you align your business growth for the good of the world?

Private Virtual Roundtable
12th July, 2-3pm BST (3-4pm CEST)

There needs to be a balance that you can obtain between what we want and need as humans and also how we manage to achieve that."

In the wake of the geopolitical, economic, and societal uncertainty we’ve endured in 2023, there has never been more pressure for business leaders to address their stance on ESG. And rightly so, with those doing it right seeing a 28% cumulative growth over the past five-years on their bottom line [McKinsey, 2023].

But senior leaders are in a sticky position. With 88% of Gen Z consumers not trusting eco-friendly claims [McKinsey, 2023], and 76% of consumers boycotting companies that don’t abide by ESG objectives [PwC, 2023], the line between altruism and greenwashing is becoming ever finer. And it raises the question: how do you authentically do good while driving the bottom line?

With such a potential backlash, is it wrong to speak of profit in the same sentence as sustainability?

Partner

Pathfinder, a community of business leaders, is supported by our club partner Verizon. The aim: to learn from one another by enabling cross-industry conversations, to discuss what might be around the corner and how we must adapt. With the event series running for nearly 2 years, members are encouraged to look beyond the horizon towards radical solutions that make a sustainable difference. Through collaboration and peer insights our community support each other on the journey of personal growth and leadership.

Our Sustainability Pledge

We’re committed to supporting our society and environment. When you attend a Pathfinder event, we pledge to offset your travel or energy usage by planting a tree via One Tree Planted. Once mature, the average tree has a net absorption of 30 kg of CO2 per year, which equates to 227 miles of travel by car or 96 hours of office usage. You can see the maths and learn more here:
